Course · Perfect Teams
An eight-week apprenticeship in human capability. Building confidence, communication and character, with Neil Tuson of Perfect Teams.
Most young adults today are intelligent and well-qualified, yet many struggle with confidence, communication, responsibility, resilience and direction. The Freedom Seminar™ is an eight-week, in-person programme that bridges the gap between education and the real-world capability employers value. It is not therapy or motivational hype. It is practical experience, honest conversations and lasting personal growth.
Participants develop confidence, communication skills, personal responsibility, leadership presence, emotional resilience, and direction and self-belief.
Eight weekly evening sessions in a small group of no more than 24. Each session combines practical exercises, guided discussion, real-world challenges, reflection and feedback, and weekly tasks. Participants move off the screen and back into life.
Session dates: 22 and 29 September; 6, 13, 20 and 27 October; 3 and 10 November 2026.
Young adults aged 18 to 34 who want to secure a first job, gain promotion, communicate with confidence, develop leadership potential, and become more independent and resilient. It is ideal for graduates, young professionals, and parents preparing their children for adult life.
